Meet Our Founder
Hello and welcome to the Warrior Protection Association blog! My name is Dustin McGee, and I am the founder and executive director of this nonprofit organization. With a background in self-defense, I have always been passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in my community. At first, I fell in love with training in self-defense due to the extreme workout and the challenge of learning the techniques. Then I discovered that I also had a passion for teaching others self-defense. This led me to open up a Krav Maga gym where we built a family of people that enjoyed self-defense. I later decided to close the brick-and-mortar location and transitioned the platform to a nonprofit organization.
This vision came to me in a dream and when I woke up, I knew what I wanted to call the nonprofit, I knew what we would do and how we would make a difference, and I had a clear mission. Our mission? To prevent human trafficking by teaching not only self-defense but a whole toolbox of knowledge everyone can use. Things like cellphone safety for kids, internet safety, anti-bullying, as well as teaching parents what to look out for. Furthermore, I also have a passion for empowering people who have been victims which helps them get the confidence they need.
I have huge plans for the mission and plan on doing this until a very old age. At that point, I am hoping that we have built a large enough community that WPA last forever. I hope to meet you along the journey!

The Birth of a Mission
The Warrior Protection Association was born out of a deep desire to empower individuals and protect communities. Our mission is clear: to prevent human trafficking and other forms of violence through education, awareness, and self-defense training. We believe that everyone deserves to feel safe and have the knowledge and skills to protect themselves and their loved ones.
Our Core Values
At Warrior Protection Association, we are driven by a set of core values that guide everything we do:
Empowerment: We strive to empower individuals with the confidence and skills they need to defend themselves.
Education: Knowledge is power. We provide comprehensive education on self-defense techniques, situational awareness, and preventative measures.
Community: We believe in the strength of community. Our programs are designed to bring people together, fostering a sense of unity and mutual support.
Accessibility: Everyone should have access to self-defense training, regardless of their financial situation. We offer free or low-cost workshops to ensure our services are accessible to all.
Our Programs
We offer a variety of programs and initiatives to fulfill our mission:
Self-Defense Workshops: Our workshops are tailored to different age groups and skill levels, providing practical self-defense techniques that can be used in real-life situations.
Community Outreach: We work closely with local communities to raise awareness about human trafficking and other forms of violence. Our outreach programs include seminars, informational sessions, and collaboration with other organizations.
Looking Ahead
As we continue to grow, we remain committed to our mission of empowering individuals and protecting communities. We invite you to join us in this journey. Whether you’re interested in attending a workshop, volunteering, or supporting us through donations, your involvement makes a difference.
